Dates are very easily digested

  Dates are very easily digested

Not only during Ramadan, dates are so nutritious that they can be eaten all the time. Dates have many nutrients. Although dates are rich in sugar (fructose) and glycemic index, they are much more nutritious than sugar. From the glycemic index of a food, we know exactly how much carbohydrates that food contains that can cause our blood sugar to fluctuate. Just like sugar does not provide any nutrients from calories, but eating dates gives the body a lot of nutrients. From four dates, i.e. 30 grams of dates, the body gets about 90 calories, 1 gram of protein, 13 grams of calcium, 2.3 grams of fiber and many more nutrients.

Rich in nutrition

Research says that dates contain a lot of vitamins B and B6 which help our brain to develop and students improve their memory by eating dates so they do well in exams. Dates contain vitamin K. When cut somewhere in the body, vitamin K helps blood to clot faster and keeps bones healthy. Because dates contain vitamin A, eating dates keeps the eyes healthy and does not cause night blindness or night vision problems. Dates contain zeaxanthin. With age, many times the eyesight is reduced or blindness may occur, so playing with dates does not cause these problems. Dates contain vitamin A so the skin stays fresh.

This small fruit can be called a storehouse of nutritious minerals because dates contain all the essential minerals in small amounts, such as calcium, magnesium (which helps build bones in the body and plays a major role in regulating enzymes for sexual health and strength. Helps to get adequate amount of calcium, maintains blood sugar level, keeps brain and nerves well). Dates also contain zinc, copper (copper helps make red blood cells, keeps tissues healthy and keeps the brain fresh), iron (prevents anemia), selenium and potassium. Dates also contain fluorine which keeps the teeth well and prevents cavities from forming inside the teeth. So instead of sugar, eat dates in the morning so that there are innumerable nutrients.

Healing

Dates contain a lot of fiber. The two types of fiber that are mixed with the blood and the ones that do not mix are found in dates. Fiber controls the level of blood sugar in our body and our stomach is also full. Maintains blood cholesterol levels and keeps the esophagus healthy.

Dates do not contain any harmful fats which are called saturated fats or trans fats in English. In addition, dates do not contain sodium or cholesterol, so dates are very beneficial for the heart. Dates also help reduce bad cholesterol levels in the body. Dates contain potassium which helps in maintaining heart rate and lowering blood pressure. Dates are very good for nerves as they contain a lot of potassium and very little sodium.

Can Eating dates can relieve constipation

Dates contain an antioxidant called polyphenols that we get from plants. This antioxidant keeps the body clean by removing harmful substances from our body so that there is no unwanted swelling anywhere in the body. The antioxidants in dates reduce the levels of harmful radicals in the body and the nutrients that our body gets from food help the body to get better. This reduces the risk of cancer. That is why the Bedouins in the Middle East eat a lot of dates every day.

There's more!

Dates increase sexual potency. Dates are high in estradiol and flavonoids, which increase sperm count and increase sexual vitality. This is exactly why dates have been used for centuries to increase sexual potency.

Dates are very beneficial for the stomach and also help to keep the stomach clean. The fiber in dates relieves constipation and reduces the risk of stomach cancer. Regular consumption of dates prevents the formation of pathogens in the esophagus and helps in the formation of beneficial germs. A pathogen is a type of germ that can cause various diseases in the body.

If you drink too much alcohol the day before, soak a few dates in water overnight and eat them the next morning to get rid of the rash the next day. It will cut the intoxication, the stomach will be clean.

So I would say eat three to four dates a day. Soaked overnight, you can throw away the seeds the next morning and eat them at any time by adding a few walnuts or nuts. Or you can make sherbet or spread it on pudding, kheer, custard, oats and musli.
